As Menoovo only provides services to businesses (B2B), the right of withdrawal for consumers under §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply. Our contracts are concluded exclusively with business entities, and therefore the statutory consumer withdrawal rights are not applicable.

For our subscription model, you may cancel your subscription by providing notice at least thirty (30) days before the end of your current subscription period. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the subscription will automatically renew for the next billing period.
